Please make sure you read the Production & Shipping info for the item you are ordering.

Production times vary for fabric & wallpaper vs custom handmade items being sent from my studio. 

Check your address and email are correct. 

  • If ordering fabric/wallpaper: PO Box addresses cannot accept FedEx or courier deliveries so this will limit our options for delivery of fabrics &/or wallpaper. Please supply a street address & phone number for courier delivery.

  • Check your emails often just in case I need to confirm any of your order details. 

  • On rare occasions, inventory that is 'Ready to Ship' may sell at a market day before the website is updated. If an item you ordered is unavailable when we receive your order we will refund you for that item.

  • Custom Handmade & Ready to Ship items only - select 'Handmade Items Only'. 

  • If ordering multiple items from different sections of my shop (ie. Fabric + Handmade Items) Please place 2 separate orders so you are charged correctly for postage.

  • Live in Melbourne & ordering fabric PRINTED IN AUSTRALIA?  You have the option to collect fabrics from the printer in Thornbury.

  • I will contact you when fabric is ready for collection

  • Live on the Coffs Coast and want to arrange a free local pickup? Select LOCAL PICKUP and please enter your postcode as 2450. I'll be in touch to confirm pickup arrangements

I offer my designs on many products. Some are made in my studio on the Mid North Coast NSW but many items are printed outside my studio and may be covered by my Spoonflower Pro free shipping membership.

 

Fabric and wallpaper ships separate to all other items.
