Due to unforeseen circumstances in international shipping of fabric from USA to my studio in Australia, I’m unable to guarantee that a custom order will arrive by a particular date. 
Please allow plenty of time if ordering items for gifts or deadlines. 
Most orders take a minimum of 4 weeks to print/create before they can be sent from my studio in NSW. If you live in NSW, I can send your parcel via the 2 day express network once it is ready to ship. 
For all other locations, it may take a few more days to arrive even when an item is posted via express post.

In the unlikely event your order cannot be upgraded to an express order, I will contact you before the order is processed.
If I cannot get in touch, your order may have to be cancelled and refunded.
