Types of Wallpaper
& drawer liner paper
Peel & Stick Paper
DIY-friendly self-adhesive, removable and cleanable wall covering for smooth, flat, non-textured surfaces.
Subtle linen texture, matte finish, optic white base. Ideal for drawer liners, shelf liners, cut and stick wall decals, stair risers, accent walls and for craft and home décor projects. Previously known as 'Woven' wallpaper.
This DIY option installs like a giant sticker.
A backing paper has been applied that can be removed during the installation process. This wallpaper can be repositioned during installation, but make sure the wall is smooth and clean to maintain the adhesive properties. Wait at least 4 weeks after painting before applying any wallpaper.
You can choose to leave the backing paper on and use the paper as a NON ADHESIVE drawer liner if you wish. See my FAQ page for more tips

Ideal to use in bedroom, kitchen and pantry drawers and shelves. Ok to use in a well ventilated bathroom... but please note, humidity can affect adhesion.

I highly recommend ordering a sample BEFORE ordering multiple long rolls. Screens are not the best at showing the way a colour prints in reality so a sample swatch is your best tool to make sure you get what you want!
NOT waterproof. Prolonged exposure to moisture will degrade the material faster than if it is used in a dry space.

Not recommended for use on even slightly textured walls or over top of scrubbable paints or no-VOC paint.
Smooth Pre-Pasted, Water Activated
Water-activated, removable wallpaper that's simple to apply for a splash of pattern
Perfect for use as wallpaper and for crafts and home décor projects. Can also be used for custom posters and gift wrap paper.
A paste has been pre-applied and dried to the back of this wallpaper. This paste is water activated as it is absorbed by the paper. You will find methods about how to activate this paste in the Booking section on the Spoonflower blog.
The Prepasted installation article is a great source, too. This is a versatile DIY paper if you like to get a little messy...

Avoid moisture after installation as this will reactivate adhesive and can cause paper to lift away from the surface.
Prolonged exposure to humidity will degrade the paper faster than if it is used in a dry space.

To install, simply soak the pre-pasted back of the paper in water to activate adhesive and apply to wall. Instructions included with order.

Traditional Paste-the-Wall
Traditional paste-the-wall wallpaper with subtle pebbled texture.
Perfect for use as wallpaper in high traffic areas of the home and in commercial spaces. Ideal for bathrooms.
No adhesive has been pre-applied to this paper. To install this wallpaper, you will need to use adhesive that is typically applied with a brush. There are many glues and pastes in the marketplace. It is always good to consult with an expert when using this paper, or even hire a professional installer to complete the project for you.
