Thanks for your support of my small business! Thistle and Fox is a handmade micro business or cottage industry, the work of one designer & maker - Lauren Kelly - with help from professional fabric printing companies in Australia and the USA.
I'm currently updating my website, working behind the scenes to bring you a new way of ordering my designs printed on the highest quality materials available for custom printing. For the time being, all orders of fabric and wallpaper have a slightly delayed processing time of 2 weeks, instead of the standard 4-10 days. This allows me to efficiently process orders in batches rather than individually and gives you a rare opportunity to take advantage of some excellent discounts. > All prices in my website shop are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are secured via the Square payment portal. You can use PayPal, Square, credit or debit cards to process your order payment.
> All sales on Custom Made, Made to Order & Printed on Demand items are final. This includes wallpaper, fabrics, bedding and wall decals which are all printed on demand just for you so they cannot be returned or resold.
> Before placing your order please make sure your contact details, email and shipping address is correct.
> SHIPPING OPTIONS.
I have temporarily changed the shipping options at checkout to be a flat rate of $10 for all orders sent within Australia up to a value of $150 AUD. Overs over $150 ship free. Fabric and wallpaper ships separate to all other items and takes longer to prepare before shipping.
Fabric & wallpaper samples ship free - any shipping costs charged are refunded within 48hrs.

The time is takes to prepare your order may vary. Production time for each item is noted in its description.
Fabrics & Wallpapers typically take 5-15 business days to be created and are drop shipped from the printer directly to you.
Handmade & Custom Made to Order items typically take 4-6 weeks to be created. If your order is time sensitive please discuss with me prior to placing your order.
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric/wallpaper has begun printing, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for other products. Everything in my shop is custom printed on demand or custom made so please consider your purchase carefully.
Fabric & wallpaper is not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind as it is printed on demand.
I recommend ordering a test swatch before committing to larger orders so you can see and feel the material in person and check the colour & scale of print suits your project.

If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email me and I will do everything to put things right.

*Custom printed fabric & wallpaper cannot be returned to the printer so if there is an issue, you must contact me for instructions on how to proceed. Do not return orders to the address of the printer as this mailbox is unmonitored and the parcel will not be accepted. Although mistakes in printing are very rare, any problems with the quality of the printing can be corrected by getting in touch with me via the contact form on this website and providing clear photos of the issue.
If you placed your order via my Etsy shop, please contact me there.
If you placed an order via Spoonflower, please reach out to the Spoonflower Help team via the info provided in your order confirmation email. I am not personally able to manage or oversee orders placed directly via Spoonflower.
I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If there is a problem with your order, an incomplete shipping address or any details for a custom order that need to be clarified I will always attempt to contact you via the contact details on your order invoice.
If you do not respond to this message within 48hrs I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.
I use and store the information you have provided to me only to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order and for the purpose of completing my tax obligations.
Your information is never shared with any other party other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely by the Square payment gateway. As a shop keeper I will never see your credit card information. I see only a note on your order receipt that the invoice has been paid.
You will not receive any marketing material from me unless you have signed up to receive my monthly newsletter via my website.
Most items made from Thistle and Fox fabric need time to be printed, prepared & sewn before they are ready for shipping. Please be patient.
Your order will be on its way in 4-6 weeks time.

No, I'm an artist, a surface pattern designer and a sewist.
I don't stock or sell wholesale fabric bases in my studio.
Everyone seems to be looking for white fabric to make sheets and pillowcases this year!
I can highly recommend the Wide Cotton Sateen 3.5oz from Spoonflower. You can buy the unprinted fabric there if you wish, or order my printed designs on this material.
Otherwise, you are looking for a fabric wholesaler who supplies the factories who create products for bedding brands. They will be tricky to track down... and I doubt you will be able to source these materials (and have them shipped) for less than the cost of the finished ready to use bedding from your local home decor store...
